Whereas Contractor admits that he has visited the sites and being aware by form
the statues and the nature of the site and the site access
The annexes , drawing,(if any) attached to the Contract shall be considered as
integral part of the contract.

حيث أن المقاول يضمن انه كفء لتنفيذ العمل الذي يقتضيه هذا العقد طبقا للقوانين المصرية

للموقع و أنه على دراية بطبيعة الموقع و الوصول إليه.
- الملاحق و الرسومات (إن وجد) الملحقة
بالعقد يجب أن تكون جزءا لا يتجزأ من هذا العقد

- فقد اتفق الطرفان على ما يلي :
Art.1 Scope of work:
The scope of work shall include the following :-
1- the old administration building :
A-1 New fire alarm system at the old building :-
A1-1 Supply and install an alarm system for all the old building “ground
+9floors+roof”( rooms, corridors, air conditioning station, meeting rooms at
the ground floor and all rooms at the 10th floor ) except the zones mentioned
in items A-2&A-3 and install it’s relevant panel at the security room –
ground floor at the new building .
A-1-2 Provide all the rooms of the old building with an indicating signal lamp
outside each room . Supply and install relevant accessories.
المادة الاولى : نطاق العمل
يتضمن نطاق العمل ما يلي
:-
1- المبنى الإداري القديم :
أ-1 نظام إنذار جيد بالمبني القديم :
أ-1-1 تورد و تركيب جهاز انذار لكل
المبنى القديم " الدور الارضي +_9 ادوار + السطح" الحجرات –
الممرات – محطات تكييف الهواء – حجرات الإجتماعات بالدور الأرضي و جميع حجرات الدور
العاشر ) ذلك ماعدا المناطق التي تم ذكرها في البنود أ-2 وأ-3 و تركيب اللوحة الخاصة
بها بغرفة الأمن الموجودة بالدور الأرضي بالمبنى الجديد

أ-10-2 تزويد حجرات المبنى القديم بلمبة
إشارة خارج كل غرقفة و توريد و تركيب كل الكماليات المتعلقة بها .

A-2-1 Change the fire fighting system for …………electric substation located at
the Ministry Building with a complete fire fighting system using Co-2 gas
instead of Hallon -1301 and install all the relevant accessories including the
detectors , cylinders, horn , it’s relevant panel and to be adapted with new
gas controls , the panel shall be of two zones alarm and fire fighting auto/ manual
discharge and to be located outside the station (outdoor type )
A-2-2 Transfer the alarm and fire signals no(A-2-1) to the main alarm panel at
the security room l

الكهرباء الفرعية :
أ-2-1 تغيير جهاز مكافحة
الحريق لمحطة الكهرباء الفرعية للشركة الموجودة بمبنى الوزارة بجهاز متكامل
لمكافحة الحريق ، مستخدما غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون بدلا ممن الهالون 1310 و تركيب
جميع الكماليات المتعلقة بها بما في ذلك كاشفات الحريق ، صفرات الأنذرا و اللوحة
المتعلقة بهم ويتم مهايأتها مع الأجهزة الجديدة للتحكم في الغاز . يجب ان تحتوي اللوحة
على جهاز انذار لمنطقتين و نظام مكافحة حريق أتوماتيكي
/ يديوي و يتم تحديد موقعه خارج المحطة
( النوع الخارجي ).
أ-2-
2تحويل جهاز الإنذار و إشارات الحريق
المذكورة في البند (أ-2-1) إلى لوحة الإنذار الرئيسية بغرفة الامن
الموجودة بالمبنى الإداري الجديد ( الدور الأرضي)
A-3 The fire fighting system at the computer and telephone exchange rooms:
A-3-1 change the fire fighting system of the computer and exchange rooms at the
old building 1st floor with a complete fire fighting system using an INERGEN
gas instead of Hallon -1301 and to install all the relevant panel and to be
adapted with new gas controls auto/ manual / discharge ( indoor type ) and to
be located at the same location of the old one by the same number of zones.
A-3-2 Transfer the alarm and fire signals of item A-3-1 to the main alarm panel
at the security room located at the new administration building ( Ground floor)

الكماليات المتعلقة بها بما في ذلك كاشفات الحريق ، الأسطوانات و صفارات الإنذار
و اللوحة المتعلقة بهم و يتم موائمتها مع أجهزة التحكم في الغاز الجديدة و يكون
موقعها هو موقع اللوحة القديمة ذاته و نفس عدد المناطق
.
أ-3_2 تحويل جهاز الأنذار بالخطر و
إشارات الحريق المذكورة في بند
(ا-3-1) إلى لوحة الإنذار بالخطر
الرئيسية بغرفة الأمن الموجودة بالمبنى الإداري الجديد للشركة ( الدور الأرضي).
II-The new administration building
B-1 The fire alarm system of the building :
B-1-1 Supply and install smoke heat detectors for the rooms not covered by
detectors of the new building according to attached annex no.2
B-1-2 Provide all the rooms of the new building with an indicating signal lamp
outside each room, supply and install relevant accessories.
B-1-3 Supply and install al the relevant cards and accessories needed for the
fire alarm panel at the administration building ( ground floor ) for all the
transferred signals mentioned in items A-1,A-2&A-3
B-1-4 The present panel for the new building located at the new administration
building ( ground floor ) stay without change and have all the above mentioned
alarm or alarm and fire fighting panels signals to be connected to it .
2- المبنى الإدراي الجديد
ب-1 جهاز الإنذار بالحريق بالمبنى الجديد:
ب-1-1 توريد و تركيب كاشفات الدخان و
الحرارة للغرف التي لم يتم تزويدها بالكاشفات بالمبنى الجديد و ذلك طبقا للملحق رقم
2 المرفق .
ب-1-2 تزويد جميع حجرات المبنى الجديد
بلمبة إشارة خارج كل غرفة و توريد و تركيب كل الكماليات المتعلقة بها .
ب-1-3 توريد و تركيب جميع الكماليات والكروت المناسبة اللازمة للوحة إنذار الحريق
بالمبنى الإداري الجديد ( الدور الارضي ) وذلك لجميع الإشارات المحولة السابق
ذكرها ببنود أ-1،أ-2،أ-3.
ب-1-4 اللوحة الحالية للمبنى الجديد و الموجودة بمبنى الإدارة الجديد ( الدور
الأضي) تبقى بدون تغيير و يتم توصيلها بكل أجهزة الإنذار وجهاز الإنذار بالحريق و
إشارات لوحات مكافحة الحريق السابق ذكرها
.
B-2 The periodical maintenance visits for the fire alarm system of the Nasr
City buildings :
B-2-1 Contractor shall perform a periodical maintenance visits to the alarm and
fire fighting system at the company the administration buildings on the basis
of one regular visit every 3 months (on Friday and or / Saturday) according to
the following general scope of work .
B-2-2 Check and clean all the smoke and heat detectors installed in the
systems>
B-2-3 Check all wiring and electric connections .
B-2-4 Performing the periodic maintenance and light repairs for the control
panel boards.
B-2-5 Check the gas and cylinders for proper pressure and leak.
B-2-6 Check the battery and the battery charger .
B-2-7 To perform and operating test for checking system availability .
B-2-8 To execute any emergency visit within 24 hours from the date of call.
B-2-9Contractor shall provide company with the priced spare parts list
including its relevant installation cost.
ب-2زيارات الصيانة الدورية لنظام
الإنذار الخاص بمبنى مدينة نصر
:-
ب-2-1 يجب على المقاول القيام بزيارات
خدمة الصيانة الدورية لنظام الإنذار و جهاز مكافحة الحريق بالمباني الإدراية للشركة
ر،بمعدل زيارة واحدة منتظمة كل 3 أشهر (يوم الجمعة و أو / السبت) طبقا للنطاق العام
للعمل وهو كالأتي :
ب-2-2مراجعة و تنظيف جميع كاشفات
الدخان و الحرارةالتي يتم تركيبها
بالانظمة
ب-2-3 مراجعة جميع توصيلات الأسلاك و
الكهرباء .
ب-2-4 إجراء الصيانة الدورية و أصلاح
الإضاءة للوحات التحكم

ب-2-5إختبار أسطوانات الغاز للتحقق من
الضغط المناسب و عدم وجود تسرب
.
ب-2-6مراجعة البطارية و الشاحن .
ب-2-7إجراء إختبار تشغيل لبيان مدى فاعلية النظام.
ب-2-8 القيام بأي زيارة طارئة خلال 24
ساعة من تاريخ الإستدعاء

ب-2-9 يجب على المقاول تزويد الشركة
بقأئمة أسعار قطع الغيار شاملة نفقات تركيبها
.
Art.2 General specification for items A&B
2-1 All the relevant gas piping shall be suitable with the gas type .
2-2 All heat and smoke detectors shall be Apollo type .UL listed
2-3 All system components and materials shall be American or European made .
2-4 All the equipment and materials suppliers shall be authorized distributors
from the manufacturer and able to maintain a local staff specialists for
engineering assistance, maintenance, repair , refilling of the new gas type
cylinders and supply all the relevant spares of the systems .
2-5 Drawings, type f the existing panel and detectors specifications are
attached.
2-6 Equipment supplier :-

-Thorn-UK for control panel
-James Stuart-UK for break glass unit &bell
-Preussag &C Tec- UK for CO2 system & fire fighting panels
C-Tec for Inergen system & fire fighting panels
System description :
New control panel :
A30 zones fire alarm control panel will be installed in new building (26 zones
used and 4 zones spares) with the following features :-
- The control panel will be zonal alarm type , in which alarm of activated zone
will only ring.
- The control panel have a delay timer , in which alarm type will ring in
activated zone after a pre adjustable time and in case of alarm has not been
acknowledged from security personal , the panel general alarm will be activated
.
Old control panel :
New control panel zone cards will be added to the old panel to be zonal alarm
type instead of general alarm and as well as delay time described in new panel
.

وصف الجهاز
:-
- لوحة التحكم الجديدة:-
سوف يتم تركيب جهاز أنذار حريق على لوحة تحكم 30 منطقة بالمبنى الجديد (26 منطقة
مستخدمة و 4 مناطق إحتياطية)بالمواصفات التالية:
- ستمكون لوحة التحكم من نوع الإنذار
المنطقي ،بحيث
يصدر صوت صفارة الإنذار من المنطقة التي تم تنشيطها فقط.
- تحتوي لوحة التحكم على مؤقت زمني للإشارة
حيث يصدر صوت صفارة الإنذار للمنطقة التي تم تنشيطها بعد تأخير توقيتي تم ضبطه
مقدما ، و في حالة عدم شعور رجال الأمن بالإنذار،سيتم تنشيط لوحة الإنذار العام .
لوحة التحكم القديمة :
سوف يتم إضافة بطاقات منطقة لوحة
التحكم الجديدة إلى اللوحة القديمة لتكون من نوع الإنذار المنطقي بدلا من الإنذار
العام و كذلك مؤقت زمني للإشارة كما هو موضح في اللوحة الجديدة.
2.7 network
Existing alarm( bells) network will be changed to match control panel zonal
alarm function (I.E a pair of wires will run from control panel to each alarm
zone

ب-2-8 القيام بأي زيارة طارئة خلال 24
ساعة من تاريخ الإستدعاء

ب-2-9 يجب على المقاول تزويد الشركة
بقأئمة أسعار قطع الغيار شاملة نفقات تركيبها

Art.2 General specification for items A&B
2-1 All the relevant gas piping shall be suitable with the gas type .
2-2 All heat and smoke detectors shall be Apollo type .UL listed
2-3 All system components and materials shall be American or European made .
2-4 All the equipment and materials suppliers shall be authorized distributors
from the manufacturer and able to maintain a local staff specialists for
engineering assistance, maintenance, repair , refilling of the new gas type
cylinders and supply all the relevant spares of the systems .
2-5 Drawings, type f the existing panel and detectors specifications are
attached.

System description :
New control panel :
A30 zones fire alarm control panel will be installed in new building (26 zones
used and 4 zones spares) with the following features :-
- The control panel will be zonal alarm type , in which alarm of activated zone
will only ring.
- The control panel have a delay timer , in which alarm type will ring in
activated zone after a pre adjustable time and in case of alarm has not been
acknowledged from security personal , the panel general alarm will be activated
.
Old control panel :
New control panel zone cards will be added to the old panel to be zonal alarm
type instead of general alarm and as well as delay time described in new panel
.

وصف الجهاز
:-
- لوحة التحكم الجديدة:-
سوف يتم تركيب جهاز أنذار حريق على لوحة تحكم 30 منطقة بالمبنى الجديد (26 منطقة
مستخدمة و 4 مناطق إحتياطية)بالمواصفات التالية:
- ستمكون لوحة التحكم من نوع الإنذار
المنطقي ،بحيث
يصدر صوت صفارة الإنذار من المنطقة التي تم تنشيطها فقط.
- تحتوي لوحة التحكم على مؤقت زمني للإشارة
حيث يصدر صوت صفارة الإنذار للمنطقة التي تم تنشيطها بعد تأخير توقيتي تم ضبطه
مقدما ، و في حالة عدم شعور رجال الأمن بالإنذار،سيتم تنشيط لوحة الإنذار العام .
لوحة التحكم القديمة :
سوف يتم إضافة بطاقات منطقة لوحة
التحكم الجديدة إلى اللوحة القديمة لتكون من نوع الإنذار المنطقي بدلا من الإنذار
العام و كذلك مؤقت زمني للإشارة كما هو موضح في اللوحة الجديدة.
2.7 network
Existing alarm( bells) network will be changed to match control panel zonal
alarm function (I.E a pair of wires will run from control panel to each alarm
zone

heat detectors installed in parking area will be removed .
Manual call points ( break glass ) weather proof type will be installed only
plus weather proof alarm sirens.
